🔹 Job Description


In the role of Key Account Manager, the company is seeking an experienced and self-driven professional to join its dynamic sales team. This position is ideal for a target-oriented individual with a strong talent for business development and a proven track record in the white goods market.

With over 5 years of experience, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving growth by developing new accounts and managing existing relationships within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).


🔹 Key Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 OEM customers in the DACH region (White Goods Market).
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow market share.
  • Strategically manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
  • Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a consistent strategy and seamless customer experience.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to support planning and decision-making.


🔹 Qualifications


  • Proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the power supply or white goods market.
  • Strong technical background and deep market knowledge, including awareness of key competitors and pricing strategies.
  • Established network with Tier 1 OEM customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, combined with a proactive business development mindset.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time to visit clients and manage accounts across the region.
  • Technical acumen and relevant industry experience are essential.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
