About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to head our Data Center Platform in the EMEA region. This role will oversee a team dedicated to delivering innovative infrastructure solutions to top-tier data center clients — including hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprise customers. As the Head of Data Center Platform, you will be responsible for defining regional strategy, driving commercial growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You’ll combine sales leadership, strategic account management, and cross-functional collaboration to build long-term, value-driven partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the EMEA Data Center Platform team, ensuring strong alignment and performance across regions.
• Define and execute a key account strategy that aligns with global business goals.
• Set and monitor KPIs for revenue growth, customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
• Drive commercial excellence by optimizing sales processes, tools, and forecasting accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to enable sales success.
• Ensure robust account plans are in place and regularly reviewed for all strategic customers.
• Act as an escalation point for complex customer challenges, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.

Your Profile

• Proven track record in sales leadership or key account management within the data center, power, or infrastructure industry.
• Strong understanding of the EMEA data center market and customer landscape.
• Experience managing and developing international teams.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
