About the role

ISO, you operate at the intersection of technology, regulation and people, making a real impact on how the organisation navigates digital change.

You play a pivotal role in strengthening the organisation’s digital resilience. You work on highly relevant and complex topics such as NIS2, Generative AI and data management. By developing clear policies, monitoring risks and advising teams on smart, effective security measures, you help the organisation remain agile, secure and future-proof in an increasingly digital world.

You collaborate closely with colleagues in risk management, information security, compliance & integrity, and business continuity. Together, you ensure an integrated approach to risk — one where technology and people are equally central.

Your role in practice

• You develop, implement and maintain policies related to risk management, information security and AI.
• You advise departments on preventing cyber incidents, system failures and data breaches, and support them in implementing effective risk mitigation measures.
• You contribute to the design and continuous improvement of a robust control framework.
• You monitor deviations from policies, processes and procedures, and ensure periodic testing of the effectiveness of controls and the overall framework.
• You actively increase risk and security awareness across the organisation
• You will become part of the Compliance, Integrity and Risk Management team
