Job Summary:
As we expand our operations and integrate new acquisitions, we are seeking a skilled Chief of Staff who will assist the CEO, President, and investment team. The role will be instrumental in driving the successful integration of business operations, systems, and cultures of companies that are already and will form part of TIC Holding. This role requires strategic oversight and hands-on management to ensure seamless transitions and realization of synergies.
The successful candidate will translate integration efforts into tangible EBITDA uplift and cash-flow improvement by driving commercial, operational, and digital synergies across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement value creation integration strategies in alignment with the company's objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and execution of integration and value creation plans while establishing a formal integration governance model.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve integration and value creation milestones and deliverables and track synergy realization through P&L impact.
- Address and resolve issues through proactive identification and strategic problem-solving.
- Facilitate the harmonization of business processes and systems between the merged entities including alignment of quality and accreditation frameworks and deployment of group-wide digital tools such as ERP, CRM, LIMS.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and support throughout the integration and value creation process.
- Monitor integration and value creation progress and provide regular updates to senior management and the Board of Directors through a consolidated Group Value Creation Dashboard summarizing financial and operational KPIs.
- Co-develop and continuously refine the TIC Holding Integration Playbook to codify lessons learned and standardize future onboarding processes.
- Drive cultural integration and change management initiatives to align local teams with Group values while preserving their entrepreneurial identity.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Several years of experience in value creation, post-merger integration, project management, or a similar role within a top tier consultancy or private equity or private equity-backed company, ideally within industrial services, engineering, or the Testing & Inspection sector.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent level of German, English, and French. Italian language capabilities welcome.
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities and ability to link operational initiatives to financial outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and web design experience would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the TIC sector is a plus.
