Our client is a leading global Insurance business looking for a Technical Delivery Lead – Full Stack Engineering to join the team permanently.

This opportunity will see you own end-to-end delivery of complex applications, shape solution architecture and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams within a modern P&C insurance environment.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery across architecture, engineering, QA, release and support
• Shape technical strategy and architecture for scalable and reusable applications
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across design, development and code reviews
• Lead and mentor engineering, architecture and QA teams
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver major transformation initiatives

Skills / Experience:

• 10+ years’ software engineering experience with full-stack development and technical leadership
• Strong back-end and front-end expertise across .NET / Node.js and React / Angular / Vue
• Cloud architecture experience across AWS, Azure or GCP
• Strong API, microservices, DevOps and CI/CD expertise
• P&C Insurance experience across underwriting, claims, policy or billing
