Overview
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Griller to join the kitchen team. The role involves preparing and grilling a variety of menu items to the required standards, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting smooth service during busy periods.
Responsibilities
- Grill meats, seafood, and vegetables according to recipes and standards
- Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented well
- Keep the grilling station clean and organized
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages when needed
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to deliver efficient service
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Griller or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Good knowledge of grilling techniques and food preparation
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
