This role is ideal for a professional who understands refined hospitality, anticipates guest needs, and takes pride in maintaining impeccable standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcoming guests and managing check-in and check-out procedures
• Providing attentive, personalised service throughout guests’ stay
• Setting tables to a high standard and serving breakfast daily, with occasional lunch and dinner service
• Serving drinks and refreshments with professionalism and discretion
• Ensuring the villa is always presented to the highest standard
• Inspecting rooms after housekeeping and reporting any issues
• Making restaurant, transport, and activity reservations for guests
• Acting as the main point of contact between guests and the owner
• Reporting directly to the property owner and maintaining clear communication

Requirements

• Professional butler training or equivalent luxury hospitality background (strongly preferred)
• Proven experience in private villas, luxury homes, yachts, or 5-star hospitality
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, well-presented demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism
• Flexible to work late hours, weekends, and public holidays
