Role Overview
The Conveyancer Support / Outbound Resolutions Specialist plays a vital role in supporting conveyancing transactions by proactively following up on outstanding documents, responses, and information required to move property matters forward.
This role involves making outbound calls to clients, estate agents, and other law firms to obtain missing documentation, clarify information, and resolve delays in property transactions.
You will act as a key communication link between clients and the legal team, ensuring issues are resolved quickly while maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to clients, law firms, and third parties to follow up on outstanding documents and requests.
- Assist the conveyancing team by ensuring property transactions progress smoothly.
- Build rapport with clients and stakeholders to encourage prompt action.
- Handle challenging or difficult conversations professionally and find solutions to delays.
- Follow up persistently on unresolved matters until they are completed.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and updates relating to property matters.
- Identify recurring delays or issues and escalate where necessary.
- Provide administrative and paralegal-style support to the conveyancing team.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements

LLB Degree (Bachelor of Laws) required.
- Previous experience in a paralegal, legal administrative, or conveyancing support role preferred.
- Exposure to property transactions, conveyancing processes, or property-related contracts is highly advantageous.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience speaking with clients over the phone and managing client queries professionally.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Highly organised, persistent, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and following up on outstanding matters.

Working Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday.
9:30am – 6:30pm SAST, with seasonal shift to 10:00am – 7:00pm (25 October – 29 March).
