Job Title: Head of Sales BPO
Location: Dubai, UAE/South Africa/Kenya
Reporting to: Global Chief Revenue Officer
Role Overview
A leading global CX and BPO services organization is seeking a high-caliber enterprise sales professional to drive accelerated growth across the Dubai/South Africa/Kenya region, with a strong focus on GCC markets including the Dubai/SA/Kenya.
This is a frontline, individual contributor role suited to a proven enterprise deal closer with experience in large, complex, multi-year and multi-country BPO engagements. The role is focused on originating, structuring, and closing high-value deals, while building a strong enterprise pipeline and establishing a credible regional presence.
This position requires a strong bias for execution, ownership, and results, rather than team management.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
- Build a qualified enterprise pipeline within 30–60 days
- Close multi-year deals valued between $5M–$20M ACV
- Secure anchor enterprise clients across GCC markets
- Establish strong regional presence and market credibility
- Develop a repeatable and scalable go-to-market strategy for Dubai/SA/Kenya
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Enterprise Deal Origination & Closure
- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from opportunity identification to closure
- Originate, structure, and close $5M+ ACV deals
- Lead complex deal orchestration across CX, BPO, AI, and managed services
🔹 Strategic Market Penetration
- Drive growth across Dubai/SA/Kenya
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders
- Position the organisation as a trusted transformation partner
🔹 Target Account Strategy
- Develop and execute named account strategies across sectors such as:
- Telecommunications
- Banking & Financial Services
- Government
- Utilities
- Retail
- Identify and prioritise high-value enterprise opportunities
🔹 Commercial Structuring & Negotiation
- Lead high-value commercial negotiations
- Structure deals for long-term scalability and margin optimisation
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments to drive successful outcomes
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals ($5M+ ACV) within BPO, CX, contact centre, or managed services
- Experience structuring multi-year, multi-country deals
- Strong understanding of the Dubai/SA/Kenya market, with an established network
- Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing and deal structuring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field (MBA advantageous)
