Overview:

 

Our client seeks a proven motivated Guest Liaison / Night Relief who, on the first and final impression of organisation, will ensure every guest experience is seamless, personal and unforgettable. From a flawless arrival to a thoughtful farewell, will orchestrate all front of house interactions with precision and grace – day and night.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·       Deliver an intuitive, personalized guest experience from checking in to departure.

·       Handle guest reservations, billing, profiles, and correspondence with accuracy and discretion.

·       Prepare guest lists, itineraries, daily reports, and handovers with a meticulous eye for detail.

·       Manage and maintain administrative systems (Opera, POS, MS Office) with consistency and care.

·       Support concierge services and assist guests with bespoke recommendations and bookings.

·       Oversee overnight operations and ensure the property is secure and guest-ready each morning.

·       Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain house and maintain house standards.

 

Ideal Candidate:

 

·       Sophisticated, service-driven, impeccably organised and naturally hospitable.

·       Passionate about administrative excellence and organisational systems.

·       Strong communicator with fluency in English and confidence dealing with international guests.

·       Highly organised and detail-focused, with strong multitasking abilities.

·       Knowledgeable about Cape Town’s cultural, dining, and leisure offerings.

·       Flexible to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

·       Formal Hospitality Qualification preferred.

·       Minimum 3 Years experience in a 5 star or similar luxury environment

·       Strong administrative background with excellent computer literacy (Opera, POS, Word, Excel, Outlook).
