Job Description: Customer Service Agent (German Speaking)


Location: Fully Remote (Preference for Johannesburg, but open to candidates elsewhere)

Language Required: German


Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join a fully remote Customer Service team supporting a leading global beverage brand. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in German.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in German via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
  • Assist with account management, order inquiries, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and follow company protocols for issue escalation.


Requirements:

  • Fluency in German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance targets.
  • Comfortable using digital communication tools and CRM systems.
