- Support the Kitchen Manager in supervising staff and daily operations
- Help maintain consistent food quality and hygiene standards
- Assist with enforcing health and safety protocols
- Participate in stock control and inventory checks
- Help train new staff and monitor performance
- Communicate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
- Step in during peak hours to resolve minor issues
- Contribute ideas to improve kitchen workflow and efficiency
π― Candidate Requirements

Experience: 2β3 years in a kitchen or hospitality role, ideally with some supervisory exposure

Citizenship: Must have a valid South African ID
