Job Description: Customer Service Agent (Turkish Speaking)
Location: Fully Remote (Preference for Johannesburg, but open to candidates elsewhere)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join a fully remote Customer Service team supporting a leading global beverage brand. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in Turkish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in Turkish via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
- Assist with account management, order inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions and follow company protocols for issue escalation.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Turkish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance targets.
- Comfortable using digital communication tools and CRM systems.
