We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and resourceful individual to join our team. As a Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for fulfilling leisure travel arrangements, including luxury journeys and creating truly unforgettable experiences.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with Tour Operators
• Design and coordinate requests for exclusive experiences in Cape Town
• Prepare tailor-made offers, travel documents, travel programmes, and manage related administrative processes
• Oversee and manage guests’ itineraries to ensure successful execution
• Manage and assist guests from arrival through to departure
• Supervise current tour programmes and services provided
• Liaise with existing service providers and assist in sourcing new, high-standard providers
• Book and supervise all tour guides and drivers within the operations department
• Provide consultation and advice on travel and tourism products, including all relevant information for clients travelling to South Africa
• Send, receive, and process emails with third parties on behalf of the company



Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Good judgement and proficient use of travel research tools and technologies
• A strong passion for South Africa, Cape Town, and the Travel & Tourism industry
• Minimum of two years’ experience in the Travel & Tourism industry
• Above-average knowledge of tourism products and packages in South Africa
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Professional, confident telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide efficient and high-quality customer service
