Position Overview
The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple operational areas within the hospitality business, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage diverse teams across restaurants, hotels, or hospitality venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple outlets or departments
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue, cost control, and customer satisfaction targets
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff and managers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations across all sites
- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Drive initiatives to improve service standards, guest experience, and brand reputation
- Lead change management and continuous improvement projects
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in hospitality management, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of managing large teams and multiple outlets
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on when required
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to operational demands across different sites
