Senior FIT Sales Specialist X 2 (1 x Spanish Speaking Jnr to Intermediate FIT Sales, 1 x Snr FIT Sales Specialist ) - LUXURY TRAVEL

Our client is seeking a self-driven Senior FIT Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team and help drive growth in the English-speaking markets. Experience with Tourplan and WeTu will be a strong advantage.

The Role

• Understanding and operating company quoting systems, Tourplan & WeTu.
• Run all aspects of tours within budget.
• Assist with the management and training of junior consultants.
• Create quotations & invoices for agents and keep track of the payment for the tour.
• Request sales updates on groups from agents, get the final booking numbers, and ensure we have all the information to run the tour.
• Ensure the agent’s information and tour information correspond.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an intermediate to senior sales role, specifically within Tourism luxury sales.
• Proven ability to develop and manage key client relationships, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of sales cycles, customer needs, and market trends within the South-African region
