About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced EASA Part-66 B1 Licensed Engineer with a valid Boeing 767 (GE CF6 & PW4000) type rating to join our growing line maintenance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile 767 line maintenance contract at a busy operational airport.
You will be responsible for performing line maintenance activities on Boeing 767 aircraft to the highest safety and quality standards, ensuring on-time performance and reliable aircraft dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance on Boeing 767 aircraft, including defect rectification, troubleshooting, and servicing
- Carry out Pre-Departure Checks (PDC), Transit Checks, and Night Stops as required
- Troubleshoot and rectify avionics, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Issue and support the completion of EASA Form 1 and technical documentation
- Work closely with the wider maintenance team
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EASA regulations, company procedures, and the customer’s Maintenance Programme
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and aircraft turnaround times
- Perform flying spanner duties are required
Requirements:
- Essential:
- EASA Part-66 Category B1 Licence with Boeing 767 type rating (current and valid)
- Minimum 2–3 years’ recent experience working as a B1 Licensed Engineer on the Boeing 767 in a line maintenance environment
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced line maintenance operation
- Working knowledge of EASA Part-145 regulations and procedures
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Desirable:
- Boeing 767 Recurrent training / recent experience
- Basic B2 knowledge or dual B1/B2 licence
- Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety, and EWIS training (current)
- Driving licence and airside driving permit (or willingness to obtain)
