Now Recruit on behalf of our Client are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our base maintenance team, working on Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 aircraft. In this critical role, you will ensure the airworthiness and reliability of Aircraft through meticulous maintenance, inspections, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled base maintenance, including C-checks, component overhauls, and system modifications.
  • Conduct detailed inspections, troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, and resolve technical issues.
  • Execute repairs and replacements on airframes, engines, and avionics in compliance with EASA regulations.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation to meet regulatory and company standards.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams, engineers, and quality assurance personnel to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety and precision.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in base maintenance, with specific expertise on Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 aircraft.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, including engines, avionics, and structures.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance manuals, diagnostic tools, and ground support equipment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including shift work and overtime as needed.
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel for training or operational needs (if applicable).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AMOS or similar maintenance tracking software.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
