BMS Project Manager

Location: Co. Down

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a BMS Project Manager to join a rapidly expanding organisation delivering innovative building services and modular energy solutions across the UK and Europe. With a strong pipeline of projects, particularly within the data centre sector, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing team working on complex, large-scale installations in a fast-paced environment .

Working at the centre of project delivery, you will take ownership of the full BMS lifecycle—from initial planning and coordination through to installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover. You will play a key role in ensuring all BMS and controls systems are delivered in line with project specifications, programme timelines, and quality standards, while maintaining clear communication across multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors .

This role will suit an experienced professional with a strong background in BMS or controls engineering, supported by practical experience in electrical installation, containment, cabling, and terminations. You will have a solid understanding of commissioning processes, including FAT, SAT, and point-to-point testing, alongside a strong awareness of HSEQ standards, RAMS, and safe systems of work. With a proactive and solutions-focused approach, you will be confident managing competing priorities, coordinating site activities, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard .
