Job Title: Principal Quality Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Principal Quality Engineer to join a leading manufacturing organisation in Belfast where quality, safety and continuous improvement are central to everything they do.

Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will lead a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians, providing expert guidance while ensuring products consistently meet the highest safety, regulatory and customer standards. Working closely with operations and manufacturing teams, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational performance, improving processes and embedding a culture of quality excellence throughout the business.

This is a highly visible position for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges and delivering sustainable improvements. You will lead problem-solving initiatives, analyse quality trends, oversee product safety activities and drive continuous improvement projects that have a tangible impact on performance, compliance and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in an engineering discipline and bring significant experience within a quality or engineering environment. Alongside strong technical capability, you will be a collaborative leader with the ability to influence stakeholders, develop people and drive a proactive approach to quality across the organisation.
