Business Development Manager

Location: NI & ROI Territory

May Consulting is working with a well-established manufacturer within the joinery sector to appoint a Business Development Manager. The business supplies high-quality windows and door sets, including fire door sets, and works with developers, architects and trade customers across the construction industry.

This role will focus on managing and developing existing customer relationships across Northern Ireland while driving new business growth in the Republic of Ireland. You will identify new opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline and develop relationships with key customers and decision-makers across the market.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development or Sales professional with a strong track record in new business and account development. Experience within construction, joinery, doors or a related sector would be advantageous. You should be commercially focused, confident working independently and comfortable travelling throughout NI and ROI.

The role offers a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to develop alongside a growing business, with longer-term potential to take on wider responsibility within the sales function. A competitive remuneration package, company vehicle, fuel, laptop, phone and pension are provided.
