Supply Chain Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation operating at the forefront of the building services and energy solutions sector. From concept through to delivery, the business plays a key role in bringing innovative, sustainable projects to life across the UK and Europe, and now seeks a driven professional to help strengthen and evolve its supply chain function .
In this role, you will sit at the heart of operations, ensuring the seamless flow of materials, services, and information across multiple projects. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will take ownership of supply chain strategy—identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. Your ability to build strong supplier relationships and anticipate potential risks will be critical in maintaining continuity and delivering projects on time and within budget.
This is a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will be involved in everything from developing long-term supply chain plans to monitoring day-to-day performance, ensuring suppliers meet agreed standards, and implementing improvements where needed. Regular collaboration with logistics providers, manufacturers, and project teams will be key, as will your ability to analyse challenges and respond with practical, effective solutions .
The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in supply chain or logistics, with proven experience in procurement and supplier management. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-led environment, able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach will set you apart, along with experience using ERP or supply chain systems. Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or M&E environments would be advantageous .
