Operations Manager | FG7 Ltd | Coagh, Cookstown

FG7 is appointing an Operations Manager to lead its warehouse and distribution operation and help shape how the business develops.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have responsibility for people, processes, systems and operational performance in a busy, SKU-intensive environment. You will oversee warehouse, processing and delivery activity, ensuring customers receive an accurate and dependable service.

Alongside daily operational leadership, you will improve workflow, resource utilisation and reporting, addressing recurring problems and identifying opportunities to strengthen productivity and capacity. The development of supervisors and team leaders will be an important part of your remit.

FG7 is looking for someone who can set clear expectations, build accountability and create documented, resilient processes that allow the team to perform effectively. You will bring proven operational management experience, strong people leadership and evidence of measurable improvement.

Experience using systems, data and KPIs to manage performance is essential, while exposure to complex stock ranges, warehouse change or route-based delivery will be particularly useful. Automotive aftermarket experience is not required. Relevant backgrounds may include distribution, logistics, fulfilment, wholesale, FMCG or manufacturing. Your ability to understand an operation, develop people and deliver practical improvements will matter more than your current title or product knowledge.

The position is based at Coagh, Cookstown, with a Monday-to-Friday working pattern and flexibility to meet operational needs. The package includes a performance-related bonus and benefits.
