For over three decades, Spires Art has designed, manufactured and installed bespoke artistic and interior solutions across hospitality, commercial, marine, care and leisure sectors. Due to continued success and ambitious growth plans, the business is now seeking a Head of Sales to strengthen its commercial presence and drive sustainable, profitable growth.

This is a senior, high-impact commercial role focused on relationship building, strategic account development and new business growth within a consultative, design-led environment.


The Opportunity

The Head of Sales will take ownership of the sales function and act as the senior commercial lead for the business, working closely with the Managing Director and wider leadership team.

You will be responsible for developing key client relationships, identifying and securing new opportunities, and positioning Spires Art as a trusted, creative and commercially credible partner.

The role offers flexibility in location, with the ability to be based anywhere in the UK or Ireland. Regular travel is essential, including client visits and at least one visit per month to the company’s Omagh headquarters.


What You Will Be Doing

You will lead Spires Art’s commercial engagement with clients across core sectors, building strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers, designers, contractors and partners.

You will identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities, ensuring the company continues to win high-quality, profitable projects.

You will manage your own sales pipeline, using CRM systems to provide clear visibility on opportunities, forecasts and performance.

You will work closely with design, production and senior leadership teams to ensure that what is sold can be delivered seamlessly, profitably and to the highest standards.

You will represent the Spires Art brand at industry events, client meetings and key commercial forums.


The Person

This role will suit an experienced, commercially astute sales professional with a background in consultative, project-based or design-led environments.

You will be confident operating at senior client level, comfortable managing complex sales cycles, and capable of representing a premium, creative brand.

You will be self-motivated, highly organised and results-focused, with the ability to manage your own workload, priorities and performance.

You will enjoy working autonomously while collaborating closely with operational and creative teams.
