Sales Manager – Ireland

Location: Belfast

A market-leading manufacturer of ventilation and louvre products is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to drive growth across Ireland. The role will focus on selling a well-established range of window vents and louvres directly to window fabricators, installers, and distribution partners.

Reporting to senior management, the Sales Manager will take full ownership of the Irish market, developing new relationships, managing existing accounts, and ensuring consistent sales growth across the region.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow business with window fabricators and installers across Ireland
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and distribution partners
• Deliver product presentations, technical support, and training where required
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in the fenestration sector
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer service and technical support
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, feeding back insight to the business

Ideal candidate:

• Proven sales experience within the construction, fenestration, or building products sector
• Strong network with window fabricators or related customer groups across Ireland
• Commercially driven with a track record of hitting targets and developing accounts
• Self-motivated, field-based professional able to manage their own territory
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
