Job: Head of Quality

Location: Banbridge

This role requires considerable travel throughout the UK and Northern Ireland, including regular overnight stays, due to the location of projects across the business.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Quality to lead the Quality function within a growing building services organisation. This is a senior leadership role focused on ensuring a robust Quality Management System, driving operational excellence and embedding a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement across both business operations and project delivery.

Working closely with operational and project teams, the Head of Quality will provide senior oversight of MEP installation quality, project quality planning, audits and inspections, standardisation and defect prevention. The role will also lead the development of quality strategies, maintain alignment with ISO 9001 requirements and use audit findings, NCRs and lessons learned to identify improvements and drive consistent standards across projects.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience at a senior level within a building services, construction or MEP environment in a quality or quality engineering role, together with strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. Experience of leading and developing teams, implementing measurable quality improvements and engaging effectively with clients, principal contractors, subcontractors and audit bodies is essential.
