May Consulting is currently recruiting for three Quality Engineers to join an established organisation based in Belfast.

These are excellent opportunities for experienced quality professionals to play a key role in maintaining high standards across engineering, manufacturing and production operations.

The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality controls, carrying out inspections and ensuring products, processes and equipment meet the required standards and specifications. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing and operational teams, you will help identify quality issues, investigate root causes and implement effective corrective actions.

The roles will involve monitoring quality processes, assessing compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will also work with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.

We are keen to hear from candidates with a degree-level qualification and a minimum of three years' relevant experience in quality engineering or a related discipline. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively across different teams are essential.

Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment would be particularly relevant.
