Senior Compliance Officer

The roles will sit within Line 2 and focus on reviewing and challenging Line 1 work.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Reviewing HRC/ECDD escalations completed by Line 1.
• Challenging cases where required and providing clear advice/feedback back to Line 1.
• Reviewing the quality of cases coming through, as there are currently a number of quality issues within Line 1.
• Ensuring cases comply with Group Policy and relevant requirements.
