About the Organisation

Our client is a fast-growing digital financial services organisation on a mission to provide customers with a smarter, fairer, and more customer-focused alternative to traditional banking. Through innovative technology, exceptional service, and a commitment to doing the right thing, they are transforming the way people manage their finances.

The organisation places a strong emphasis on simplicity, accountability, continuous improvement, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Operating in a modern, largely paperless environment, they are committed to sustainability, responsible business practices, and creating an inclusive workplace where colleagues can thrive.

The Opportunity

Customer Service is central to the organisation's success, and this role plays a vital part in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them across a variety of enquiries through multiple communication channels. From simple account queries to more complex customer issues, no two days are the same.

This is a varied and rewarding position that offers ownership, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference to customers when they need support.

Key Responsibilities

You will support customers by:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service primarily via telephone, as well as email, live chat, and social media channels.
  • Taking ownership of customer enquiries and providing solutions that deliver positive outcomes.
  • Maintaining high service standards while continually seeking ways to enhance the customer experience.
  • Resolving customer concerns and complaints, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the customer service function.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and ways of working.
  • Working collaboratively within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Confidence communicating with customers across multiple channels, particularly over the phone.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Resilience and empathy when handling sensitive or challenging customer situations.
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help people.
  • Basic IT skills and confidence using computer systems and customer service platforms.

Please note: Previous contact centre experience is beneficial but not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate a strong understanding of what great customer service looks like and a commitment to delivering it consistently.

What You'll Gain

  • Comprehensive training and ongoing support.
  • Opportunities to develop new skills and take ownership of meaningful work from day one.
  • A supportive and collaborative team culture.
  • The chance to join an innovative organisation that is reshaping financial services through technology and customer excellence.

This is an excellent opportunity for customer-focused individuals who enjoy solving problems, helping others, and making a positive impact every day.
