• 4–6 years of solid Workday Reporting experience.
• Workday Certified with hands-on expertise in report building, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Currently based in the Netherlands and available for a hybrid work setup.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
