Finance Lead (Crypto Native)

Full Time • Permanent • On Site (Cape Town)

The Opportunity:

This is not a maintenance role - it’s a build role.

A high-impact opportunity within a scaling global crypto and financial services platform.

You will step into a multi-entity, cross-border environment spanning crypto and traditional financial services, helping bring structure, visibility, and control to a rapidly growing platform.

The Role:

Own and scale financial operations across jurisdictions.

Work closely with leadership to build financial infrastructure and reporting.

Drive consolidation, standardization, and financial visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage external accounting firms and review local financials
• Build consolidated reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Oversee cash, liquidity, and FX exposure
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Work with compliance on regulated entity requirements

About You:

• 8 years’ experience in Finance / Accounting / Financial Services
• Strong in financial reporting and multi-entity environments
• Background in accounting firm or financial institution
• Comfortable in fast-paced, unstructured environments

Crypto Experience (Preferred):

• Experience in crypto, fintech, payments, or digital assets
• Understanding of exchanges, custody, or tokenized products
• Exposure to evolving regulatory environments
