The Role

As a Security & Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for safeguarding blockchain networks and ensuring adherence to global financial regulations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Security: Protecting Bitcoin networks and systems from cyber threats, fraud, and breaches
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to AML, KYC, and other financial regulations
• Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks related to crypto transactions
• Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing Bitcoin transactions to detect suspicious or illegal activities
• Policies & Procedures: Developing and implementing security and compliance frameworks
• Auditing: Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements

About You

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cryptography, blockchain technology, network security, and cloud computing
• Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of AML, KYC, and other relevant financial regulations
• Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate risks in Bitcoin and crypto environments
• Analytical Skills: Skilled in data analysis, trend identification, and detecting suspicious activity
• Communication Skills: Able to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at resolving security and compliance challenges
• Experience: Previous experience in security, compliance, or risk management (preferably in crypto or blockchain)
