As a Workday Change Management Consultant, you’ll guide finance teams and stakeholders through the adoption journey, ensuring that Workday Financials not only works, but is fully embraced. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, business processes, and human behaviour.
The Role
You will take the lead in planning and delivering change management initiatives for Workday Financials projects. Key responsibilities include:
• Designing and executing change management strategies aligned with project goals
• Conducting stakeholder analysis and engaging with finance teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Developing communication plans, end-user training programs, and adoption measurement frameworks
• Monitoring adoption and identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Collaborating with project teams to integrate change management with technical and functional delivery
• Driving engagement and adoption for Workday Financials solutions across all levels of the organisation
• Supporting workshops, training sessions, and communication campaigns to embed Workday practices
About You
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in change management or project management for HR/Finance technology implementations, ideally including Workday
• Strong understanding of change management methodology, tools, and best practices
• Proven ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels
• Experience developing and delivering training programs and adoption initiatives
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, contract environment
