The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant/Recruiter with a background in ERP Technologies like Workday/SAP/Oracle hiring to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment based in London.

The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant/Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across the Workday ERP domain. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and deliver high-quality talent across multiple functions. In this fast-paced environment, you'll source, cold call, and headhunt passive candidates while building strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring requirements.. This role requires strong sourcing skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while delivering quality outcomes.

In addition to recruitment, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging prospective clients, driving new logo acquisition, and converting qualified leads into long-term client accounts. Your ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and contribute to revenue growth will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management.
• Source, headhunt, and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and key decision-makers to understand their hiring needs.
• Convert qualified leads into active client accounts and support business growth.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the ATS/CRM.

About You:

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or staffing firm.
• Experience sourcing and hiring across ERP/IT or professional services roles is preferred.
• Exposure to business development, lead generation, or client acquisition is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in sourcing passive candidates and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Strong cold-calling, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
