Job Title – HCM WD Functional Architect

Duration - Immediate start – 6 months from the start date

Location – UK – No onsite required/Remote – have to be eligible for SC as we will have to initiate it, resident in the UK only

Hours – Up to 40 hours per week T&M

• Oversee functional area Architect Workshops and Client Confirmation Sessions on Workday implementations.

• Act as a sounding board and provide ad-hoc advice for EM and leads.

• Serve as an advocate and escalation point for the EM and functional team and ensure issues are being addressed.

• Oversee all functional areas (for example, Core HCM, Core and Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Performance, Recruiting and Learning) on assigned implementations, ensuring efficient and accurate design and configuration of the delivered solution.

• Support the client team to evaluate optimisation opportunities for their Workday Roadmap, Support the client with the planning and delivery of roadmap items.

• Mentor junior project resources by providing guidance allowing them to learn new skills and functional areas, lead client sessions, and configure the solution.
