Workday HCM Consultant
4-Month Contract | Remote | Ireland Workday Implementation
The Opportunity:
Play a key role in the delivery of a Workday HCM implementation while helping shape a scalable and efficient Workday environment.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant with strong hands-on configuration experience to support a high-profile Ireland implementation, alongside several HCM enhancement initiatives. You'll work closely with the project team, helping to design business processes, configure Workday, support data activities, and deliver functional improvements that will have an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Ireland Workday HCM implementation from a functional perspective.
- Design and configure multi-jurisdictional Workday business processes.
- Configure and maintain Workday Security.
- Support data mapping, validation, and migration activities.
- Configure Supervisory Organisations and organisational structures.
- Perform data loads using EIBs and standard Workday templates.
- Configure and optimise Workday Absence Management.
- Support Probation Period configuration and related business processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions.
- Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Recommend best practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
About You:
- Proven hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM.
- Experience supporting Workday implementations or major enhancement programmes.
- Strong experience designing and configuring multi-jurisdictional business processes.
- Solid knowledge of Workday Security configuration.
- Experience with data mapping, EIBs, and Workday data load templates.
- Hands-on experience configuring Supervisory Organisations.
- Strong functional knowledge of Workday Absence Management.
- Experience configuring Probation Periods and related business processes.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with project teams and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
