We’re looking for a Technical Architect to join our growing team — someone who can design and optimise Workday integrations, shape data and reporting strategies, and make sure everything runs smoother than month-end close.

🔑 What you’ll do:

• Be the mastermind behind Workday integration and solution architecture 🧠
• Design scalable, secure, and future-ready technical solutions
• Lead data & reporting architecture — turning information into real insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers (translation: be the person everyone trusts when things get tricky)
• Oversee testing, troubleshoot when needed, and optimise integrations
• Provide technical governance from design all the way to go-live 🎉

💡 What we’re looking for:

• Proven chops as a Technical/Solution Architect in Workday environments
• Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, PECI, Core Connectors)
• Experience with data/reporting architecture & BI requirements
• Hands-on experience with at least one full Workday implementation
• A balance of technical expertise and people skills (yes, you’ll be chatting with both devs and CFOs)
• Bonus points if you’ve got consulting experience
