Workday Learning Consultant • Full Time • Permanent • Remote (Occasional Travel)

You'll join a dedicated Workday team, partnering with HCM, Talent, and Integration consultants across multiple departments. You'll work in Workday tenants, Studio, and standard reporting, with access to proprietary accelerators, AI-assisted design tools and a global delivery network.

You'll help stakeholders reimagine how people learn, grow and perform. As a Workday Learning Consultant, you will turn Workday Learning into a living capability that drives skills, compliance and career mobility for global workforces.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end Workday Learning implementations
• Configure catalogs, programs, certifications and campaigns that lift course completion and skills-gap closure
• Integrate Learning with HCM, Talent and external content providers
• Translate business requirements into Workday-native designs that reduce custom work
• Coach super-users and produce runbooks that cut support tickets

About You

• Hands-on delivery of Workday Learning implementations (configuration, testing, cutover, hypercare)
• Deep knowledge of Learning objects, security, reporting, and integrations with HCM/Talent
• Ability to run workshops, write functional specs and defend design decisions to business and technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of go-lives that met scope, timeline and adoption targets metrics
• Workday Learning certifications desirable
