Workday Learning Consultant

The Opportunity:
Transform the learning experience for thousands of employees by taking ownership of a growing Workday Learning environment.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Workday Learning Consultant who is passionate about enabling organisations to maximise their investment in learning and talent development. You'll work closely with Learning, HR, and business stakeholders to enhance the Workday Learning platform, configure new functionality, and deliver improvements that support employee growth and organisational success.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Workday Learning functional area.
- Perform hands-on configuration and ongoing optimisation within Workday Learning.
- Partner with Learning and HR teams to gather requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions.
- Configure learning campaigns, learning content, enrolments, assignments, and business processes.
- Support security, reporting, and integrations relating to Workday Learning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend Workday best practices.
- Support Workday releases, testing, and enhancement activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide expert guidance to stakeholders.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Workday Learning across the business.
About You:
- Strong hands-on experience configuring Workday Learning.
- Previous experience supporting Learning & Development teams through Workday.
- Good understanding of Workday business processes, security, reporting, and configuration.
- Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or AMS environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality functional solutions.
- Passion for improving employee learning experiences through technology.
