Workday Consultant (HCM/Compensation/Advance Compensation)

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with global clients, supporting both end-to-end Workday implementations and Application Management Services (AMS) engagements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative Workday solutions, helping clients optimise and enhance their Workday environments. We're looking for consultants with experience in Core HCM and Compensation, Advance Compensation, Recruitment, Learning, or Talent & Performance, ideally gained within a Workday Partner environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end Workday implementations and AMS engagements for global clients.
• Configure and support Workday solutions across Core HCM and Compensation or Advance Compensation.
• Facilitate client workshops, gather business requirements, and recommend Workday best practices.
• Support configuration, testing, data validation, go-live activities, and post-production enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and an excellent client experience.
• Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

• Experience delivering Workday implementations and/or AMS engagements.
• Strong functional expertise in Core HCM and Compensation or Advance Compensation.
• Experience working for a Workday Partner or consulting organisation is highly desirable.
• Active Workday certification preferred, or willingness to complete the recertification process.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
