Senior Specialist – HRIS Data Integration

10-Month Contract | Remote | Start Date: August 2026

The Opportunity:

Play a pivotal role in one of the most significant HR technology transformation programmes within the organisation.

Following a recent Private Equity acquisition, the business is embarking on a large-scale HR systems separation from its former parent company. This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior HRIS Data Integration Specialist to lead critical data migration and integration activities across Workday, Strada Payroll, and UKG Workforce Management, ensuring a seamless transition to a new HR technology landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR data migration activities across Workday, Strada Payroll, and UKG Workforce Management.
• Manage data extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation activities.
• Coordinate and lead integration design, testing, and reconciliation across multiple HR systems.
• Oversee data governance, GDPR compliance, and data quality throughout the programme.
• Partner with implementation partners and internal HRIS teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to wider HRIS carve-out and business separation initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality integration solutions.
• Act as a trusted subject matter expert for HRIS integrations and data migration best practices.

About You:

• Minimum 8 years' experience delivering HRIS integration and data migration projects.
• Strong experience integrating Workday HCM with Strada Payroll, UKG Workforce Management, and surrounding enterprise systems.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end testing alongside implementation partners.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, EIBs, Reporting, and Data Conversion.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, SFTP, and integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Azure Integration Services.
• Experience with SQL, Advanced Excel, data quality, reconciliation, and GDPR compliance.
• Previous experience working on M&A, carve-out, or large-scale transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with Workday configuration, Payroll Connectors, UKG, or Recruiting is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced global programme and willing to travel internationally (up to 5%) if required.
