Workday Consultant (HCM/Recruitment/Learning/Talent & Performance)

Full Time - Permanent | Remote - Philippines

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with global clients, supporting both end-to-end Workday implementations and Application Management Services (AMS) engagements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative Workday solutions, helping clients optimise and enhance their Workday environments. We're looking for consultants with experience in Core HCM and Recruitment, Learning, or Talent & Performance, ideally gained within a Workday Partner environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end Workday implementations and AMS engagements for global clients.
• Configure and support Workday solutions across Core HCM and Recruitment, Learning, or Talent & Performance.
• Facilitate client workshops, gather business requirements, and recommend Workday best practices.
• Support configuration, testing, data validation, go-live activities, and post-production enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and an excellent client experience.
• Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

• Experience delivering Workday implementations and/or AMS engagements.
• Strong functional expertise in Core HCM and Recruitment, Learning, or Talent & Performance.
• Experience working for a Workday Partner or consulting organisation is highly desirable.
• Active Workday certification preferred, or willingness to complete the recertification process.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments
