The Role

As a Web3 Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers while contributing directly to technical delivery. You’ll ensure that Web3 projects are designed, built, and deployed to the highest standards of quality and performance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of engineers
• Overseeing end-to-end project delivery within the Web3 ecosystem
• Designing and developing scalable applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js
• Collaborating with stakeholders, product managers, and designers to define project goals and technical requirements
• Conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, and enforcing best practices
• Driving innovation and ensuring alignment with the latest blockchain trends and technologies
• Maintaining a strong focus on performance, reliability, and clean architecture across all projects

About You

• 7–10 years of professional software development experience (minimum 5 years in Web3 or blockchain development)
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing end-to-end delivery
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js
• Hands-on experience building and deploying blockchain or decentralized applications
• Strong understanding of Web3 frameworks, architecture, and smart contract interaction
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and results
• Ability to balance technical execution with team management and delivery oversight
