We’re building the future of decentralized technology - and we need a Business Development Manager who can think beyond traditional boundaries. You’ll pioneer new revenue models, forge partnerships across the blockchain landscape, and help push Web3 from niche to mainstream.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client’s growth strategy and building key relationships within the Web3 ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research, trend analysis, and proactive engagement
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to foster growth and collaboration
• Negotiating and closing deals by leveraging strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
• Collaborating with internal teams such as product, marketing, and engineering to align business development efforts and deliver successful outcomes
• Representing the company at industry events including conferences, meetups, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and partnerships

About You

• Strong understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape, including Bitcoin, DeFi, Web3, and emerging trends
• Proven track record in business development or sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
• Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Previous experience in the crypto or blockchain industry is highly desirable
