The Role

As a Workday Procurement Lead, you’ll take ownership of delivery across Workday initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track and stakeholders stay aligned. Your responsibilities will include:

• Commercial delivery

• Procurement processes and reform

• Procurement AI and emerging technologies

• Driving best practice in commercial teams

• Embedding sustainable change across organizations.

About You

• Strong understanding of procurement technologies and their application in service transformation.

• Strong knowledge of Workday implementation methodology and delivery frameworks

• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders

• Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Comfortable operating in a contract delivery environment
