Workday Talent & Performance Consultant


Full Time – Permanent | Munich, On-Site

We are supporting a global organisation that is investing significantly in its Workday ecosystem and is seeking an experienced Workday Talent & Performance Consultant to drive configuration, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives across the platform.


The Opportunity:

  • Lead and support talent management initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including succession planning, talent reviews, career development and high-potential programmes
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to design and implement performance management frameworks, processes and best practices
  • Drive leadership development programmes and coaching initiatives to strengthen organisational capability and future leadership pipelines
  • Analyse talent and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Support workforce planning activities, ensuring talent strategies align with business objectives and future organisational needs
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to create targeted development solutions that address capability gaps
  • Facilitate talent review discussions, calibration sessions and performance conversations across multiple business functions
  • Contribute to change management and organisational development initiatives that support business transformation and employee engagement
  • Ensure talent and performance processes are effectively embedded, documented and continuously improved


About You:

  • Extensive experience within Talent Management, Performance Management, Organisational Development or a related HR discipline
  • Proven track record delivering talent and performance programmes within complex, matrixed or international organisations
  • Strong understanding of succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning and employee development frameworks
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business leaders across multiple functions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret talent data and translate findings into strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within HR transformation, organisational change or business growth environments is highly desirable
  • Exposure to HR technology platforms, talent management systems and people analytics tools would be advantageous
  • Fluency in English is required; German language skills would be highly beneficial
