You’ll step into a key position replacing a valued team member, with full ownership of Workday reporting, data accuracy, and insight delivery across the business.
The Role
- Partner with business and HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver high-quality Workday reports.
- Design, build, and optimize Advanced and Matrix reports.
- Maintain and enhance existing reports to ensure precision, reliability, and business value.
- Leverage Workday Prism Analytics (highly desirable) to expand analytical capabilities.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure reporting aligns seamlessly with processes and system integrations.
- Keep ahead of new Workday reporting functionalities and champion continuous improvement.
About You

2–3 years of hands-on Workday reporting experience with an HCM focus.
- Skilled in Advanced and Matrix Reporting.

Workday Prism Analytics exposure strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to bridge business and technical needs.
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
