Workday Integrations Consultant

Full Time - Permanent | Remote - Philippines

The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity to join a certified Workday Partner as a Workday Integrations Consultant, where you’ll play a vital role in designing and delivering seamless integrations across Workday and third-party systems. This is an excellent chance to work across diverse client environments, contributing to the digital transformation of HR and Finance processes while continuously expanding your expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Extend.

The Role:

• Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Extend, and Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Collaborate with Finance and HCM teams to gather business and technical requirements, translating them into scalable integration solutions.
• Manage full integration lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance through best practices in OAuth 2.0, data governance, and version control.
• Conduct regression and end-to-end testing during Workday release cycles, ensuring minimal disruption to client systems.
• Provide ongoing post-production support, monitoring integration health and applying proactive enhancements.

About You:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Workday Integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services).
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM or Financials data models and cross-domain dependencies.
• Proficiency with XML, XSLT, and data transformation techniques.
• Proven ability to manage the complete integration development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience with error handling, testing frameworks, and integration monitoring tools.
• Workday Integration Certification (preferred or active).
