Workday HR Analyst

Full Time • Permanent • Hybrid

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Workday HR Systems with strong technical and functional Workday expertise to support, enhance and optimise a global HR systems environment. This role will focus on maintaining system performance, improving functionality, supporting integrations and reporting and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

The Role:

• Maintain, configure, and optimise Workday functionality across multiple modules
• Provide technical and functional support for system issues, enhancements, and configuration changes
• Support and monitor Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and custom interfaces
• Develop and maintain reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and reporting solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance across the HR systems environment
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and long-term resolution of Workday issues
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to support ongoing system improvements and operational needs

About You:

• Strong experience with Workday, particularly in HCM functional areas
• Proven experience in Workday integrations (experience with Workday integration tools preferred)
• Ability to create and manage reports within Workday
• Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices (e.g., performance management workflows)
• Experience with Recruiting and Time Tracking modules
• Ability to work independently in a lean, hands-on environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to engage with international teams and travel when required
• Experience specifically with Workday integrations
• Exposure to end-to-end HCM processes
