This is an opportunity for an experienced Workday Compensation Consultant who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on configuration. You'll be the go-to expert for all things Compensation, partnering with HR and Reward teams to deliver enhancements, optimise processes, and ensure the Workday platform supports an engaging and effective compensation strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Workday Compensation functional area.
- Perform hands-on configuration across Compensation and related Workday modules.
- Partner with HR and Reward stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Configure and optimise compensation plans, eligibility rules, compensation cycles, and business processes.
- Support annual compensation reviews, merit and bonus cycles, and ongoing optimisation initiatives.
- Configure security, reporting, and functional enhancements where required.
- Support Workday releases, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide best-practice guidance.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Workday Compensation across the organisation.
About You:
- Strong hands-on experience configuring Workday Compensation.
- Previous experience supporting annual compensation cycles and reward processes.
- Good understanding of Workday business processes, security, reporting, and configuration.
- Experience working within Workday implementations, enhancements, or AMS environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional employee and HR experience through Workday.
